Nothing New Really
The situation remains tense but not critical.
With testing down and number reporting becoming increasingly sporadic, one might as well use the incidence predicted by IHME, which is around 100 per 100 000 in all countries on my list except for Germany's 36 per 100K. This number is probably closer to reality than the numbers that are published by local health authorities.
IHME incidence: Germany is doing better than the rest.
Likewise, the IHME-predicted mortality is clearly below 0.1 per 100K in the Germany, France, Britain and Tunisia but above 0.1 in the USA and Washington State.
IHME mortality: Europe is doing better than the US.
Hospitalisation and ITU data cannot easily be compared between countries but the IMHE-predicted trend shows Tunisia as the outlier with rising numbers. In the other countries, ITU occupancy should go down.
IHME intensive care: Tunisia has a problem.

Who but Anthony Fauci could best tell us how Covid will affect us in the coming years. In the video below he explains the different kind of viruses, some that mutate and some that don't. The latter viruses can be eradicated (polio) or controlled (measles). But Coronaviruses, including some that cause the common cold, are notorious for mutating and for evading immune response, be it through infection or vaccination.
He concludes in saying what we all know but don't really want to admit: In the years to come, Covid-19 will require intermittent boosting of our immunity.
